JE3 Foundation Receives Charitable Status

By Fundraising

It’s a day for celebration as the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation receives its official charitable status, granted by the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

This milestone comes one and a half years after Justin’s family—including his wife, Kerri, his son, Charlie, and daughter, Cydnie— launched the eponymous foundation in honour of the late Justin Edinburgh.

This update in status enables the Foundation to maximise their fundraising efforts, reinvesting donations into their charitable objects.

Spurs Auction Surpasses £33,000 for JE3

By Fundraising

Tottenham Hotspur have raised more than £33,000 for the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation through a match-worn shirt auction.

The shirts, worn in the fourth round EFL Cup win over Chelsea in September, were signed and auctioned in honour of the Club’s former defender who made 276 appearances for the North London club.

Astounded by this show of support, Spurs commented:

“We are delighted to confirm that a total of £33,170.95 has been raised from the auction, which has now been donated to this worthy cause, set up in memory of our legendary former defender and Leyton Orient manager Justin Edinburgh, who sadly passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest in June, 2019, aged 49.”

Inaugural JE3 Gala

By Fundraising

On Saturday 14th December, the biggest names in football gathered with the community, family and friends at the first ever JE3 Gala.

Ahead of Justin’s 50th birthday on 18th December, the JE3 Gala was a celebration of Justin’s undeniable impact on the world of football, his family and friends, and the community at large. With special guests and a silent auction raising more than £100,000 the flagship event was a tremendous success.

The Foundation is delighted to announce that moving forward, the JE3 Gala will take place on an annual basis ahead of Justin’s birthday in December.
