The Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation has donated three Automated External Defibrillators to local facilities as part of the second annual JE3 Day.

Launched in 2019, the campaign was established to raise awareness of cardiac arrest while celebrating the life and legacy of Justin Edinburgh. While COVID-19 prevented the Foundation from hosting its annual JE3 Gala on what would have been Justin’s 51st birthday, we remain committed to increasing access to Automated External Defibrillators and campaigning for Justin’s Law.

Recipient organisations, each selected by the Board of Trustees, include Newport County AFC, Essex Community First Aid Events, and Marine AFC, joining the list of former recipients Billericay Town FC, Leyton Orient Supports Club, and Essentials (Billercay).

On site to make the donations, Charlie Edinburgh commented:

“This is another proud day for all involved with the Foundation. To see the continued hard work of everyone involved pay-off is the perfect tribute to Dad and marks JE3 Day perfectly. To know we are potentially saving lives with these donations fills me with an immense sense of pride and all three recipients are very worthy causes. This is the perfect way to continue Dad’s legacy.
With current COVID restrictions this was a fantastic way for JE3 to showcase its dedication and commitment to improving facilities with potential lifesaving equipment despite the challenges we face in the current climate. ”
