Today, CEO of the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation Charlie Edinburgh met with cardiac arrest survivor Tom Lockyer.
Hosted by Luton Town Football Club, at the teams training complex, the pair discussed both Tom Lockyer and Justin Edinburgh’s experience with cardiac arrest, and the overwhelming support that has thus far been received for the ‘Justin’s Law’ petition.
To date, more than 60,000 people have signed the petition, calling for the legal mandate of health and sports facilities in the UK to be equipped with a defibrillator.
Speaking following the meeting, Charlie took to social media: “What a way to round off the week spending time with this absolute gentleman.
Speaking with Tom today about his journey following cardiac arrest back in 2023 was inspirational.
He is one of the most genuine, driven and determined people I have met who is striving to raise awareness of cardiac arrest and the importance of CPR and Defibrillators.
It was an honour to discuss the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundations ongoing work and our long term objective changing the law in my Dad’s memory.”
Tom has shown full support to #JustinsLaw – do you ?
