MP for Chelmsford, Vicky Ford, has met with the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation to discuss Justin’s Law.
Hosted by Charlie Edinburgh at Virgin Active UK Chelmsford, the pair discussed Justin Edinburgh’s experience with cardiac arrest, and the overwhelming support that has thus far been received for the ‘Justin’s Law’ petition.
To date, more than 51,000 people have signed the petition, calling for the legal mandate of health and sports facilities in the UK to be equipped with a defibrillator.
Speaking following the meeting, Charlie commented: “The passing of Justin’s Law is our most ambitious aim at the JE3 Foundation. To have the interest and support of MP, Vicky Ford is an important milestone on this journey, and we’re hopeful that her peers will soon follow suit.”
