  2. You expressly agree that your use of or inability to use the JE3 Site is at Your sole risk. The JE3 Site and all Products and services delivered to You through JE3 Site are provided “as is” and “as available” for Your use, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws We, on behalf of our directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, licensors and service providers exclude and disclaim liability for any losses and expenses of any nature and howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect, general, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages; loss of use; loss of data; loss caused by a virus; loss of income or profit; loss of or damage to property; claims of third parties; or other losses of any kind in character, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of the JE3 Site or any Website with which the JE3 Site is linked, or any Product on the JE3 Site.   1. The JE3 Site is the property of the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation. All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the JE3 Site shall remain at all times vested in Us or Our licensors. You are permitted to use this material or content only as expressly authorised in writing by Us or Our licensors and may not and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material or content.
  2. If You become aware of any such unauthorised distribution or commercial exploitation, You agree to notify Us immediately.
  3. You acknowledge that by posting materials on the JE3 Site You grant to Us and Our licensors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual royalty free worldwide fully paid-up licence to use the materials within the JE3 Site and in any other manner. The licence extends to copying, distributing, broadcasting, and otherwise transmitting, re-formatting, adapting and editing the materials.

  2. If any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unforeseeable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not effect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
  3. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  4. All contracts shall be concluded in English.
